Branchwych

Now for my first units of Sylvaneth. I bought them as an addition to my High-Elf army.

Here, as the first post, my Branchwych. It is made by "Games Workshop" (www.games-workshop.com) and part of their new Sylvaneth product line.
Anyway, I gave her a golden crown, made her scythe look like it is made out of etheral poison and all together had a lot of fun painting this cool mini.
I also disconnected her from that parasite worm that is supposed to come out of her back. I don´t think a being made out of animated wood would be very friendly towards a creature that eats wood.

Empire - Mage

Here comes one of my Empire Mages. This one is from the Frostgrave soothsayer set. If you want to buy it, I bought it from Battlefield-Berlin (http://www.shop.battlefield-berlin.de/index.php/katalog/artikelinfo/43021-1-show-soothsayer_und_apprentice.html).

Anyway, I used a different paint scheme to fit the mini in with my Empire army:

Silver Tower 15 - Mistweaver Saih

And here comes the Mistweaver Saih out of the "Silver Tower - Warhammer Quest" set made by "Games Workshop" (www.games-workshop.com).

This beautiful model was a pain to paint (thats why the difference is just one "t" I think). I had to paint so many pieces seperately that I was never really sure how well it would look in the end. Anyway as with the warpriest, I had to make sure that this elven mage would fit in with the rest of my high elf army and therefore I used a lot of gold, red and blond hair on this one.

Und hier noch ein weiteres Model der Scheibenwelt: Der Erzkanzler Ridcully. Wie schon beim Bibliothekar ist auch dieses Model von "Micro Art Studio" (http://www.microartstudio.com).

Sieht ein bisschen aus wie der Räuber Hotzenplotz. ;-)

Empire Wizards

Und hier zwei inoffizielle imperiale Magier. Diese Modelle sind eigentlich für D&D gedacht aber ich dachte, daß diese Modelle gut zu meiner Armee passen würden und habe sie deshalb ausgewählt.

Ursprünglich hatte ich zwei offizielle Games-Workshop Magier aber durch einen Unfall (der höchst fehlgeleitete Versuch die zwei Magier mit Aceton zu entfärben) schmolzen mir beide bis sie schließlich in einem nicht mehr brauchbaren Zustand waren....
Nuja, aus Fehlern lernt man bekanntlich.

Beim nächsten Mal Entfärben werden wir sehen ob ich gelernt habe. ;-)

Ich werde dein einen als "Bright" und "Amethyst" verwenden. Der zweite wird übrigens auch ab und an bei meinen Vampire Counts als Nekromant mit marschieren.

Elfen Mage

Hier der Elfenmager der Hochelfen.

Die grünen Flammen haben leider nicht den optischen Effekt gehabt den ich mir gewünscht hätte.
